UK to observe a minute’s silence for victims of the Paris terrorist attacks

[vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][text_output]A minute ’s silence is to be held across Europe on Monday 16 November at 11am (UK time), in remembrance of those who lost their lives in the series of terrorist attacks in Paris, France.
- Flags fly at half-mast on Whitehall government buildings and UK will observe a minute’s silence on Monday 16 November 2015
The terrorist incidents, which took place on Friday 13 November, claimed at least 129 lives and resulted in widespread casualties.
As a mark of respect and expression of solidarity, all Whitehall government departments have lowered their Union Flags to half-mast.
The Welsh Government has said they will be observing the European-wide minute silence on Monday at 11am
North Wales Tribute.
