Reports BT Broadband is down for some people in Saltney and Chester

BT say there is a problem with its Infinity broadband in the Chester South 01244 area.

Large parts of Chester have be affected by the issue.

BT Infinity customers in Saltney are also reporting a loss of service.

BT say they expect the service to be back up and running by 3pm

The BT service status website says;

“Dialling codes affected: 01244

Impacting service since 05/11/2016 08:16

We’re really sorry but we’ve got a problem at the moment in the Chester South area, which means that some of our customers will be having trouble getting online. We’re trying to fix the problem as quickly as we can.
