Planning: Application submitted to demolish Boars Head pub Ewloe.

An application has been submitted to Flintshire County Council planning department notifying them of plans to demolish the historic Board Head Pub in Ewloe.

The pub was owned by Punch Taverns who had put it on the market sometime ago, the asking price was in the region of £325,000.

Plans to demolish the pub and build two “modern and affordable” apartment blocks can be found online, however these don’t appear to have been submitted to planners.
