Out and about with the Deeside Ramblers this June

Research into walking has shown that it helps you stay healthy, live longer and keep happy. Walking regularly reduces the risk of a number of serious diseases and can help to manage and recover from a range of medical conditions.

The local group, Deeside Ramblers, has a variety of walks each month to suit all abilities and also organise a number of social events thoughout the year.

The programme for June has the following walks planned:

7pm, Tuesday 7 June, 3 villages, meeting at Shotwick village by the church. (5 miles)

7pm, Tuesday 14 June, Chester and River Dee, meeting  on roadside at River Lane, Handbridge. (4 miles)

10am,Saturday 18 June, Mold and Rhosesmor Round, meeting at Theatr Clwyd car park. (7.5 miles)

10am, Wednesday 22 June, Old Hall Farm, meeting at Old Hall Farm PH, Cheshire Oaks. (5 miles) Optional pub lunch.
