Man arrested after a woman dies from serious injuries in Flint

Police say a woman has died following an incident in Flint.

Police and paramedics were called to an address in the town in the early hours of Saturday morning where they found a female with serious injuries, sadly police say the female died at scene.

In a statement released this morning police said;

“Crime scene examination is ongoing and police are conducting extensive enquiries.

A man has been arrested and is in police custody.”

Detective Chief Inspector Dan Tipton said:

“The circumstances of this incident are being investigated by a team of detectives with support from local officers and staff and there are a number of lines of enquiry being pursued.”
