German engineering firm Zueblin secures Deeside site for new regional HQ

Property agents Legat Owen have confirmed the successful letting of a 2.9-acre yard and buildings at Fourth Avenue, Deeside Industrial Estate, on behalf of a private client.
The site will be home to Zueblin, a German construction and engineering company, as its North West headquarters.
The Deeside site includes a two-storey HQ office building of 4,876 square feet, alongside 9,980 square feet of maintenance workshops.
The secure 2.9-acre space will be used as a service depot and yard for the storage and maintenance of Zueblin’s heavy specialist plant and machinery.
Karl Cleife, Commercial Director of Zueblin, expressed satisfaction with the new base, saying:
“We have searched throughout the Midlands and North to find a suitable base for our equipment and maintenance operations.”
“The facilities and location on Deeside Industrial Estate are an excellent fit for our needs. Legat Owen have been very helpful in bringing our search to a conclusion.”
Matt Pochin, Director of Legat Owen, also commented on the successful match:
“Zueblin’s requirement is a perfect fit for the Deeside facility. The team at Zueblin have been easy to deal with and we wish them every success with their ventures into the North West.”
Deeside Industrial Park’s prime location, with easy access to the M56 and M53 motorways, makes it an ideal site for Zueblin’s new headquarters and depot, offering excellent connectivity.
