Drugs raid in Flintshire this morning captured on police bodycam footage

Video footage from a police bodycam captured the moment officers smash through the door of a house as they execute a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act in Flintshire this morning, July 4.
The video shows officers enter the house in Mold after the front door was ‘opened’ with what police call their ‘Big Red Key’.

In an ‘intelligence’ led operation police officers from South Flintshire and the North Wales and Cheshire Armed Alliance seized a small amount of cannabis from the address.
Sergeant Mavis Evans said:
“This is part of our ongoing commitment to disrupt the drug network in the area. These operations to combat the misuse of drugs will continue.
“Working off intel like this is vital for success. If you spot anything suspicious, or have information, contact the Police via the web live chat http://www.north-wales.police.uk/contact/chat-support.aspx or phoning 101.
If you’d rather pass information anonymously then phone Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
