Trains lines through Shotton back open after closure

Arriva Trains Wales say the train between Flint and Chester is back open following an earlier closure due to a vehicle hitting a bridge.

All lines between closed for over an hour as Network Rail inspected the bridge for damage – the location of the bridge is unclear.
