Police appeal for witnesses following incident in Shotton last night

Police have launched an appeal for witnesses following an incident on Shotton on Monday night.

A man was seen ‘wandering in and out of traffic’ and was a number if issues at several locations near to the shops at around 7.45pm.

Officers have asked if anyone who saw the man would be willing to ‘assist Police by providing a statement.’

Posting an update on the North Flintshire Police Team Facebook page, a spokesperson said:

“Last night an incident occurred around Shotton High Street, whereby a male was wandering in and out of traffic and was causing numerous issues in several locations with his behaviour.”

“If anyone has witnessed his behaviour by local shops and is willing to assist Police by providing a statement, or if you have footage of him on dash cam then please contact North Wales Police quoting 21000166364.”
